Hey, I'm Tray.

I’m a seasoned and award-winning creative with a focus in user-centered design principles and translating complex ideas into simple, impactful solutions. Using tried-and-true frameworks and 17 years of firsthand experience, I've helped my clients build products and bring them to market. I’ve managed and motivated large interdisciplinary teams, and I’m also an advocate for the small teams that move mountains. When needed, I’m a roll-up-my-sleeves-and-do-it-myself kinda person, too.

I’ve built both B2C and B2B applications from the ground up and worn every hat on the rack. My portfolio is filled with huge, medium and small projects because every piece of work is as equally important as the next. My passion is unmatched whether I’m designing an application for a 17-year-old creating his custom Wilson baseball glove, or re-mapping the B2B business systems for a multi-billion dollar, large equipment dealer – I throw every bit of myself into getting to know what will work for the users of the applications I touch.
