I believe that pencil and paper are the most effective tools to get people communicating and solving rather than independently sitting at a computer. I specialize in web application design, SaaS software, internal process and workflow applications and service design. Most people think about UX as a step in the design process, but UX methods are an extremely effective way to help teams align and document the requirements for product design and development. This workshop is meant for UX teams (both novice and experienced) who want to either kick a project off on the right foot or get a project on track. I have found that having an unbiased voice in the room (me!) facilitating these activities can speed up the requirements gathering phase to get everyone singing from the same hymnbook and aligned on priorities from the get-go. This workshop is best suited for anyone involved in any phase of the project roadmap. Product and project managers, developers and of course, design teams, can all benefit greatly from participating in this hands-on 1 day session. (note that large projects sometimes require 2 days.)
